BEEF CHEESE BALL
2 jars chipped beef 2 Tbls. butter 1 tsp. prepared mustard 8 oz Cream cheese, (yogurt cheese would be just fine) 2 tsp. horseradish Shred 2 jars chipped beef, saute in the butter. Combine half the beef with the prepared mustard, cream cheese and horseradish. Roll into ball, then roll in remaining chipped beef. |
