STAINED GLASS CANDIES
4 oz semisweet chocolate (4 squares) 1 cup confectioners sugar 1 egg, beaten (pasteurized) 3 cups colored mini marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 2 tsp butter
Melt chocolate; add sugar and egg. Pour over nuts and marshmallows.
Form into rolls, wrap in wax paper and refrigerate.
When cool, slice into round candies. |
