This is a good one to take to
an office spread.
Jalapeno Cheese Squares
4 Cups grated cheddar cheese
10 chopped jalapeno peppers
6 well beaten eggs
1 jar pimientos
OR 1 chopped roasted red pepper
Spray 8X8 baking pan with veg.
spray. Layer 1/2 of cheese, then
jalapenos, then remaining cheese.
Pour eggs over entire pan, top
with pimientos or peppers.
Bake at 350 degrees F 35 - 40 minutes.
Cut into small squares.
