LETTUCE WRAPPED ASIAN TURKEY SALAD
2 cups diced turkey 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained 1/3 cup bottled lowfat Oriental Dressing 1/4 cup sliced scallions 4 large Bibb or Boston Lettuce leaves
Combine all ingredients except the lettuce leaves.
Fill each lettuce leaf with some of the mixture, roll and eat.
