FRITTER TOAST1/3 cup flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon Calumet Baking Powder 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/3 cup milk 6 slices bread Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Combine with eggs, beating until smooth. Add milk; beat slightly. Dip each slice of bread in batter, coating both sides. Fry in 1/4 inch of hot fat in skillet until golden brown - 3 to 5 minutes.
