PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
2 packages (8 ounces each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 2 eggs 4 squares Baker's Premium White Baking Chocolate, chopped, divided (2/3 cup), or 2/3 cup white chocolate chips, divided use 1 prepared chocolate flavor crumb crust (6 ounce or 9 inch) candy-coated almonds (optional, for garnish)
STEP 1: Use electric mixer on medium speed to mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Mix in the eggs. Then, stir in 1/3 cup of the white chocolate.
STEP 2: Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle remaining white chocolate evenly over filling in crust.
STEP 3: Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until center is almost set (center will jiggle slightly when gently shaken). Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
If desired, just before serving, carefully arrange candy-coated almonds on cheesecake. Gently push almonds into cheesecake to hold them in place.
