PARMESAN MEAT LOAF
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1/2 cup (2 oz) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup ketchup 1 egg 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt OPTIONAL, FOR TOPPING: additional ketchup or Kraft Barbecue Sauce additional cheese
Combine all ingredients; mix lightly. Shape into 10x 4-inch loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F for hour.
Brush with additional ketchup or Kraft Barbecue Sauce and sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.
To cook in a Microwave: Cover with wax paper; microwave on High 8 minutes. Drain; turn dish. Cover; microwave 8 to 9 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
