APPETIZER MEATBALLS
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs 1/3 cup (1 l/2 oz.) Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese 1/3 cup chopped onion 1 egg Oil 1/2 cup KRAFT Apricot Preserves 1/2 cup KRAFT Barbecue Sauce 2 tablespoons water
Combine meat, bread crumbs, cheese, onion and egg; mix lightly. Shape into 3/4-inch meatballs. Brown in oil; drain.
Add combined preserves, barbecue sauce and water; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
