FRUIT JUICE TAPIOCA PUDDING
1/2 cup sugar* 1/4 cup Minute tapioca Dash of salt 2 cups grape juice 1/2 cup water*
Combine sugar, tapioca and salt in saucepan. Add grape juice and water and let stand 5 minutes.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. (Pudding thickens as it cools.) Remove from heat. Cool 20 minutes and stir.
Serve warm or chilled.
*Or use: 2 1/2 cups reconstituted frozen concentrated orange juice OR 2 1/2 cups apple juice and 1/3 cup sugar OR 2 1/2 cups reconstituted frozen tangerine juice and 1/4 cup sugar.
